In continuation of our earlier intimation dated June 24, 2026, August 13, 2026, and letter of offer dated August 13, 2026 ,we wish to inform you that the offer period ended on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, for the rights issue of Alan Scott Enterprises Limited The Company has received applications for 9,52,931 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of INR 10/- each, at an issue price of INR 75/- per share, including a premium of INR 65/- per share. Out of the issue price of INR 75/- per share, INR 40/- per share was payable as application money, aggregating to INR 3,81,17,240 and the balance INR 35/- per share shall be payable as and when called by the Company. The members of Right Issue Committee at its meeting held today approved allotment of 9,52,931 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of INR 10/- each to the eligible shareholders/applicants of the Company against receipt of the requisite application money.
