The members of the Right Issue Committee at the meeting held today i.e. Thursday, August 13, 2026 approved Friday, August 21, 2026, as the Record Date pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR') for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders entitled to receive the Rights Entitlement in the ratio of 1 (One) Rights Equity Share for every 6 (Six) fully paid-up equity shares held by the Eligible Equity Shareholders as on the Record Date in the Right Issue.
