APPROVAL OF THE UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT THE PERIOD ENDED JUNE 30, 2025
We refer to our earlier announcement wherein we informed the investing public and the Nigeria Exchange Limited ("NGX or the Exchange") of the Board Meeting of AIICO Insurance Plc to review and approve the unaudited financial statement for the period ended June 30, 2025.
We are pleased to inform the investing public and the Exchange that the Board of Directors of AIICO Insurance Plc (the Company) met as announced and considered and approved the Group's unaudited Financial Statement (FS) for the period ending June 30, 2025.
The statement has since been approved by the Exchange for publication to the market.
