NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AIICO INSURANCE PLC AND CLOSED PERIOD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of AIICO Insurance Plc, (the Company) will meet on April 30, 2025, to review and approve the draft Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended March 31, 2025 (2025 Q1 UFS). Any decision reached as it affects the approval of the accounts, and any other matters will be immediately communicated to Nigeria Exchange Limited (NGX).
In compliance with the provisions of the Rulebook of The Exchange, 2015 as amended, the Company has commenced its Closed Period which became effective from April 1, 2025. The Closed Period will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2025 Q1 UFS.
During the closed period, no insider of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company.
