RE: UPDATE ON THE PUBLICATION OF THE GROUP'S AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2025
We refer to our notice to Nigerian Exchange Limited ('the Exchange') and the investing public dated February 25, 2026, on the Securities and Exchange Commission's ('the Commission') extension of time for Access Holdings Plc (Access Holding or the Company) to publish its Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended December 31, 2025 ('the Results'), not later than March 31, 2026 subject to the receipt of the regulatory approval of the Results.
This is to inform the Exchange and the investing public that the Commission has further granted the Company approval to file the Results within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of regulatory approval of same.
The Company's Insiders are reminded that the previously declared Closed Period in respect of transactions on its securities remains until advised otherwise.
