RE: UPDATE ON THE PUBLICATION OF THE GROUP'S AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2025
We refer to our notification to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (' Exchange') dated March 31, 2026 wherein Access Holdings Plc ('the Company') informed the Exchange and the investing public that it has obtained the Securities and Exchange Commission's approval to submit and publish the Company's 2025 Audited Financial Statements ('2025 AFS') within forty-eight (48) hours of the receipt of regulatory approval.
Whilst regulatory approval of the Company's 2025 AFS is being awaited, our attention has been drawn to an unauthorised leak in the social media of some purported financial highlights of the Company's 2025 AFS which is currently undergoing regulatory review.
The Company hereby expressly disclaims the said financial highlights and urge the investing public to disregard same as it is unauthorised.
In line with our compliance obligation, we hereby assure the Exchange and the investing public that the Company's 2025 AFS will be released within 48 hours after the receipt of regulatory approval.
