APPROVAL OF ACCESS HOLDINGS PLC'S GROUP AUDITED CONSOLIDATED AND SEPARATE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2025
Access Holdings Plc ('the Company') is pleased to inform the investing public and the Nigerian Exchange Limited ('The Exchange') that its Board of Directors met on Friday, February 20, 2026, and considered and approved the Group's Audited Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements ('the Results') for the year ended December 31, 2025, and the payment of dividend, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria ('CBN').
The announcement of the Results shall be made upon the Company's receipt of CBN's approval.
In accordance with The Exchange's Listing Rules, the Company's closed period for securities transactions, which started on January 1, 2026, will remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Results.
Accordingly, no insider and their connected persons may, directly or indirectly, deal in the Company's securities in any manner during the closed period.
