With reference to your letter Ref. No. PSX/Gen-252 dated February 24, 2026 regarding the unusual movement in the price of shares of 786 Investments Limited, we would like to submit the following clarification:
The management of 786 Investments Limited would like to state that the movement in the Company's share price is beyond the control of the management, as share prices are determined by prevailing market forces of demand and supply.
However, we would like to highlight that the overall sentiineñt in Pakistan's capital market has shown improvement in recent months, which has contributed to enhanced investor confidence across multiple sectors. In this context, investors may also be responding to the Company's improving performance and outlook.
We reaffirm that all material information concerning the Company's operations and financial position is being disclosed to shareholders and the public in a timely and transparent manner through periodic financial statements and other disclosures, in full compliance with the applicable regulations of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
