In accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations, we hereby submit the following material information.

This is to inform you that the Board ofDirectors has approved the launch of a Pension Fund under the Voluntary Pension System Rules, 2005. Pursuant to this approval, a formal application for registration as a Pension Fund Manager will be submitted by the end of the day to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Licensing Division, for obtaining the requisite approvals.

You are requested to kindly disseminate this information to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
