With a strong background in Capital Markets and Investment Banking, Ms. Bradley has facilitated the structuring and financing of dozens of private and publicly traded small and micro-cap companies. She founded and served as President of Generic Capital, and Saltus Mercantile Corp. (now Robson Capital Partners), two merchant banks focused on capital raising and advisory services for mining exploration companies. She received an Honours B.Sc. degree from the University of Toronto in 1996 and completed the Canadian Securities Course and Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course. She supports multiple local and international charities as an active member of the Rotary Club.

Mrs. Marcy Kiesman has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Durango Resources Inc. since April 2010. Mrs. Kiesman provides Durango Resources a significant competitive advantage combining accounting, finance, information management and strategic planning skills necessary to drive business performance in the changing global economy.
