By way of introductions, we will just flick through to that slide. I'm Ed Rimmer, chief exec of the business. I joined as permanent CEO in June of last year. Spent a good chunk of my career prior to that with Bibi Financial Services, having joined the financial services industry in the mid the mid nineties, specifically lending to small businesses through that time.
