And I would now like to hand you over to CEO, Ed Remmer. Good afternoon to you. Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining. Just by way of introduction, I'll quickly flick onto that slide. James will cover his introduction himself. So, I'm Ed Rimmer, chief executive of the business. I've spent nearly thirty years now, lending to SMEs through my career. I originally joined the industry, with Bibby Financial Services back in the mid nineties. Spent five years as UK chief executive with that business. Started with TIME FINANCE in the days of 1PM originally in 2017. Came back to the business, two and a half years ago, as chief exec. So, yeah, that's myself. James. Thanks, Ed. And, yeah, good afternoon, everybody. I'm James Roberts. I'm the CFO of TIME FINANCE, as Ed mentioned. I I joined in 2017, same as Ed, within about two weeks of each other. So I've been the CFO now for about six and a half years. Prior to that, I've been in financial services for just over twenty years initially in insurance and then in the lending side of things for about the past ten or eleven years. Great. Thanks, James.
