In light of the shift from a DSO/tolling model to building an onsite mill, can you clarify what specific economic, metallurgical, and strategic factors drove this decision—was tolling uneconomic due to treatment charges, recoveries, or deleterious elements, or did metallurgical testwork show that onsite processing captures materially higher margins (including Mo/Silver value)? Have nearby toll mills confirmed they can actually process your ore at scale, and if so, what terms were offered? Does the move reflect requirements or incentives from DoD/DoE preferring fully domestic processing? What capex, permitting timeline, and financing plan support this pivot, and does constructing a mill jeopardize the 2026 production target or materially increase execution risk compared to the original plan?
