I would now like to play a short introductory video that showcases THE MISSION GROUP's approach and some of their work. Before we begin, I'd like to select the following poll. That's just a smattering of our work and, obviously, some of the clients that we work with as a marketing communications group. First, I just wanna thank you all for taking the time on a wet and windy Friday, lunchtime for for actually wanting to learn more about the company and more about our company. I'm James Clifton. I'm the group CEO. Accompanying me on this webinar is Giles Lee, our group finance director, but he will introduce himself as we get into the presentation. I know it's a bit of a strange one, this one, because, obviously, we are sharing this week our 2022 results, but we will be unfamiliar to a a number of you. So it's kind of like a presentation in two parts. I'll talk about the business highlights for '22, then I'll come on and talk about the strategy that's gonna take us forward.
