Before I hand over to the management team, we would just like to play a short highlight video for the first half. I'd now like to hand over to James Clifton, CEO. Good afternoon. Very much, Mark, and thank you all for taking the time to find out a more about THE MISSION GROUP and for giving us some of your valuable time this afternoon. What we intend to do is actually go through a relatively sort of standard. So I will go through just a reprise of the group strategy, and given we're a creative communications group, highlights of very sort of, like, quick sort of high level overview of some of the creative work that we've done in the first six months up until the end of June. My colleague, will then go through the financial review, and I'll introduce him in a second, and then I'll come back and talk through a business update and then a general outlook.
