Ladies and gents, I'd like to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting by me, CAPITAL PLC, which has been convened by a notice of AGM dated 06/06/2022. As you already know, my name is David Ball, and I will be chairing the meeting. Before we move to the formal business of the meeting, I'd like to introduce you to my So to my right, Alexandra Sanbonini, chief exec, chief financial officer, Amy Benning. And and then Stuart Nelson, who's head of enterprise risk management online, which we won't be able to see, but but two presenting will be Nicola Manini, who's the origination head of origination.
