Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the twenty twenty annual general meeting of SUPPLY ME CAPITAL PLC. My name is Suzanne Chisti. I'm the senior independent nondexecutive director, and I'm very happy to welcome you all today, and I'm very pleased to be chairing today's meeting. The time is now 09:02 UK summertime, and I declare the AGM is formally open. Before we commence the main business of the meeting, I would like to introduce you all to each of the members of the board which are present today. So if we can start to introduce you to Alessandro Zamboni, our chief executive officer, Enrico Camarinelli, our independent nonexecutive director, with David Bull.
