I would like to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting of SUPPLY, ERMI CAPITAL PLC, which has been convened by the notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 05/29/2024. I am Albert Ganyushin, and I will be chairing this annual general meeting, which I shall hereafter refer to as this AGM. Before we move to the formal business of the AGM, I'd like to introduce my colleagues from the board and the management team. So we're gonna slide up. Obviously, you know, Alexandra, chief executive of the company, myself. Enrico Camilloneri, is the independent, director joining us remotely. David Bull, the far end of the table, nonexecutive director Alexander Galligan, nonexecutive director management team, chief financial officer Amy Benning We've got Mark Cavanagh to my right, Head of Operations and Transformations. And last but not least, Alex Buxton, who is the Chief People's Officer of the company. As the time for convening the AGM of 11AM has passed and as a quorum of members is present, I would like to declare the AGM open. The business of this AGM is set out in the notice of AGM, which, with your agreement, I propose to take as read. If any if anyone wishes to object, please raise your hand now. Thank you.
