Brett is a high-energy, entrepreneurial natural resources executive with over 34 years of expertise in mining and metals. He has a unique background in mining M&A, mine financing, mine development, and senior level operations experience. He brings publicly listed CEO experience in the mining sector, as well global operational experience – with a geographic focus in the last 15 years in Africa. In the past 35 years of his career in mining and metals, Brett has lived in Canada, United States, England, Chile, Brazil, Russia and in 4 African counties. Brett is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Goldshore Resources (TSXV:GSHR). Previously, Brett has held leadership positions for both listed and private mining / natural resources companies. He has held positions for private equity shareholders in the past including: Chairman and CEO, Banro Corporation Ltd., CEO of Midnight Sun Mining, Chairman and CEO, African Thunder Platinum; CEO Renew Resources; and CEO, BSG Resources and CEO Octéa Limited. With respect to publicly listed companies, Brett was formerly the transition CEO of Roxgold (TSX:ROG) through a successful shareholder proxy battle; was CEO of Avocet Mining plc (LSE & AIM), and was part of the five (5) person start-up of Katanga Mining Limited (TSX:KAT). Brett’s other publicly listed experience was in senior executive positions with Kinross Gold (TSX:K) and Co-Steel Inc. (TSX:CEI). Brett has significant public Board and Board Committee experience both in Canada, United Kingdom, Norway, Frankfurt and Johannesburg. Brett is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in London; a member of Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technologists and (O.A.C.E.T.T. - Mechanical Engineering); a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (P.D.A.C), and has been published in the field of strategic mine management. Brett is a graduate of Durham College – Mechanical Engineering, Production Management and is a graduate in Management Engineering of Cornell University – Johnson School of Business, Masters of Business Administration - Magna Cum Laude. He is currently the principal of Richards Enterprises Inc. (CI).

Speaker 1: And as always, this is being recorded and available to watch afterwards on SIX.com. Speaker 1: So, without any further ado, I'll hand it over to you, Brett, to kick it off. Speaker 2: Yeah, thanks, Dasha, and thanks everyone for joining today. Speaker 2: Today's update is going to be Speaker 2: relatively simple, relatively short. I want to talk about the drill results Speaker 2: we recently put out Speaker 2: and just give you a bit of an update on how things are going on site Speaker 2: and and where to from here. So Speaker 2: I will Speaker 2: just I'll just refer to the the the pressure release we put out last week. We drilled 128 Speaker 2: meters, Speaker 2: grading just over 1.1 grams Speaker 2: in the latest hole that we put out, 14. Speaker 2: And I think this is Speaker 2: an example of kind of what more is to come. Speaker 2: You know, there was a bit of high grade, higher grade within the hole, 40.6 meters at 2 grams and 3.6 meters at 1.8 grams. Speaker 2: And I think this is consistent from what we've been saying all along. It's consistent from where we, Speaker 2: you know, where we Speaker 2: started our drill program Speaker 2: and what our thesis was on what this deposit looked like.
