And we are pleased to take you guys through, the transaction that we announced, last week, with with Foresight. And as was mentioned, please submit questions, as you go through, and we'll get to those at the end. So we're very pleased and happy we've finally got this transaction done. It's taken quite a bit of time. It's a fairly complex transaction bringing three verticals together under one umbrella, which is now CNGFUELS. Hence, it's taken a bit longer than we ideally would have wanted. There's been no drama in the fact that it's taken longer. It's just a a function of complexity. So what have we what have we achieved? We've now created a a a fully integrated biomethane sourcing, refueling, and, you know, certificates trading company.
