Mr. Alain Lambert, who co-founded Prismo in 2018, is a lawyer by training and has over 35 years of experience in financing and advising small and medium-sized companies operating in various industries including technology, manufacturing, and the natural resources sector. Mr. Lambert has been involved in private and public financings totaling more than $1 billion. He has an extensive network of investors, investment bankers, analysts, and investor relations professionals. Mr. Lambert acts as an advisor to public and private companies regarding financings, mergers and acquisitions plans, debt structuring as well as going-public transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Lambert has served as a director and member of the audit committee and governance committee of small and medium-sized private and public companies. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from the University of Montréal and a diploma of collegial studies, specializing in administration from the College Jean-de-Brébeuf, Montréal, Québec. Mr. Lambert was a member of the Québec Bar Association until 2008 when he retired from the Quebec Bar. Between 2009 and 2012, Mr. Lambert served as the Chairman of the Québec Advisory Committee to the TSX Venture Exchange and sat on the Exchange`s National Advisory Committee, a committee of experts that advises the Canadian small-cap exchange on policy matters, proposed regulatory changes, and business strategy.

♪♪ Yes, well, thank you. I'm Alain Lambert, CEO of Prismo. We have 3 projects, as just got mentioned. So Los Pavitos, Orogenic Gold Play in Mexico. We got this property, optioned it from Peter McGaugh's Minera Cascabel when we founded the company together in 2019. Pinnacle District, we're surrounded by Visla Silver that owns 9% of our company. We've advanced that to drilling in the last few years. And the focus of our company in 2024 and probably 2025 is a copper project that we have in the heart of the Copper Belt in Arizona, and Steve will be talking about that. I'll just make a few more remarks before I pass it on to our president, Steve Robertson. A couple things here to mention is that we feel is fairly unique to what we do at Prismo Metals is we have the right balance between capital markets people. My background is law and finance. You can see successful explorers, people who have found deposits. Part of our team and our co-founders, Craig Gibson, Rafael Gallardo's worked with Peter McGough for 20 years in Mexico. And Peter's 1 of our largest shareholders, advisor, and co-founder. And and some unique features low overheads, nobody's on a fixed salary. Not me, not him, not our, our former CEO, Craig Gibson, who's now the Chief Exploration Officer. So we, you work and you get paid. We, we like to put our dollars in the ground as much as we can. We're sort of old fashioned. Tight share structure, 44.6 million shares outstanding, with almost 30% still owned by the founders and the management team including Peter and myself, Craig and others.
