Mr. Williams has an extensive background in capital markets and business management. He is the founder and Chairman of Red Cloud Mining Capital Inc., as well as the founder of Honey Badger Silver and Sharechest. He was also the founder and former Chairman of Mines D’Or Orbec, which he has since sold. He was a co-founder of Agilith Capital Inc. and Westwind Capital Inc., and previously served as CEO of Victoria Gold Corp. (until 2011) and Head of Mining Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital Inc.. Mr. Williams currently serves on the board of NewFound Gold Corp and Gelum Resources. Earlier in his career, he was a top-ranked mining analyst at TD Bank and other Canadian brokerage firms in Toronto. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration from McGill University.
