Paul, thank you very much, and I'd like to thank everybody. This is a vast number of people coming on tonight to hear the update, and my colleague Jeremy is here. He's in London. I'm here in London. So we're Dublin. Yep. Getting us both from Dublin and London. Look. I think, people were waiting for this update. We didn't want to rush it out last Friday or Monday or Tuesday, though we wait till Wednesday. There's a bit of an irony where we waited today. Today is the day. We were supposed to announce the the completion and the binding, the signing of the merger agreement and the 2.7 announcement and the irony finally that didn't happen. So we thought we'd coincide it to have her update today today that today the deal didn't happen. But look, what I would like to say, I know people are asking what the hell went wrong, what was that all about, why the share price collapsed, everything. So look, we're here tonight to answer all the questions. I think we've got a really good news for you tonight in regards to the prospects of the company.
