I'd now like to hand you over to Jeremy Skillington, CEO. Good afternoon, sir. Good afternoon. Good evening, almost a minute past evening. Thank you, Paul. And thank you everybody for joining us this evening for this POOLBEG presentation, I think, the last day of of April. A very fast start for the years that were. You probably saw today we had a few announcements today. Obviously, our end of year results, 2023 results, that we announced. So we announced an option agreement with, Silk Road Therapeutics. We'll talk about that later on. And then an update on our brokers, joint brokers. So busy busy day, busy week, busy few months for POOLBEG, but, delighted to, to be joined, somewhat virtually on stage tonight by, my chief business officer, David Almond, and also doctor Tim Cote, who's a cofounder and CEO of our our collaborator, Silk Road Therapeutics. And what I'll do for the program of events, I'll go to give a general update on POOLBEG and our activities, pass it across to to Dave who'll talk through POLB zero zero one, the lead program, and the role for cytokine release syndrome following a immunotherapy administration.
