I would now like to hand you over to the chairman of today's meeting, Simon Moore. Simon, good morning, sir. Jake, thanks very much indeed. And may I add to my welcome to everybody, those who are here in the room and and those online on the Investor Meet company link. Welcome to the general meeting of PCF GROUP PLC. I'm Simon Ward, chairman of the company. And with me today are directors of the company, Marcus McGurrett and Gary Strand on my right. Those of you who've been here before know the full business of how we run these business, we'll deal with the forward matters first. And when we concluded those, there will be an opportunity for general questions on the business. It's now just gone 11:00. We have a quorum, so I declare the meeting open.
