Thank you very much, Jay. Welcome, everybody. It's my pleasure to welcome everybody to the general meeting of the company, Both those here in the room and anyone who's online as well, thanks very much indeed. My name is Simon Moore. I'm chairman of the company. Those of you who've been to these meetings before will know the form. And the the way we run this meeting is the formal business of the day will be conducted first. And then when we complete that and close the formal general meeting, then the directors are available to have to receive general questions on the company, including anything submitted prior to the meeting.
