Mr. Lekstrom has 14 years mining experience in progressively senior roles in project, operations, and engineering management and has a strong leadership background with experience overseeing 100+ person teams onsite. In a recent role, Mr. Lekstrom served as Engineering Manager responsible for the budgeting, scheduling and the first phases of execution at Sabina Gold and Silver’s Back River Marine Laydown Project. Prior to that, Mr. Lekstrom spent two years in Ghana, West Africa where he played an integral role in the development and revival of Golden Star Resources’ Prestea underground mine. He led project, engineering, and maintenance teams and worked with members of the executive team on the implementation of various strategic initiatives. A graduate of Thompson Rivers University, Mr. Lekstrom has an established track record delivering successes across numerous projects worldwide.

Speaker 1: Hello everyone and welcome to Silverhammer Mining's live summit today hosted by 6. Today I'm joined by Morgan Lextrom, the company's president and CEO. Morgan is going to walk us through his company's presentation today and after we'll be accepting questions. So without further ado Morgan, floor is yours. Speaker 2: Yeah thanks for hosting and thanks everybody for joining Silver Hammer and our update summit here on, mainly focused on Silverton and a bit of SilverStrand update on our drilling program. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna walk us through the quick presentation here. It's 8 slides. It's not our whole corporate presentation. So I don't know, I want to definitely bore everybody to death, but Speaker 2: it's exciting update on where we're at with Silverton and that news release that we just had this week. So just going to make a few forward looking statements here. Speaker 2: And I just want to recap our share count. You know, it's actually around 38 million shares outstanding right now. We've had some warrants come in, so 2.7 million options, Speaker 2: 7.5-ish, Speaker 2: 7.8 Speaker 2: million warrants, and fully diluted 48.2 Speaker 2: million. You want a smart cap of roughly $31 million. So we've been very happy with how that's been performing. Speaker 2: I want to talk quickly about Silverton.
