Mr. Iwanaka is a founding member of the BeMetals executive management team. He has over 18 years of investor relations and corporate development experience in the mining industry. Over the course of his career, he has been involved with over 20 mergers, acquisitions and property divestures, and he has played key roles in raising over US$100 million through various equity financings, including one of the first at-the-market (“ATMâ€) financings by a Canadian brokerage firm. Prior to joining BeMetals, Mr. Iwanaka oversaw the marketing programs for a number of mining companies traded in Canada, USA, Germany and the UK.

I'm pleased to introduce our speaker for today, Derek Iwanaka, Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at B-Metals. Derek's gonna walk us through a company presentation and after we'll be taking live questions. Speaker 2: Thanks, Gaham, and thanks everybody for joining us today Speaker 2: for the live webinar. And if you can't catch the live webinar, Hopefully you can take a look at the replay. Speaker 2: I'm going to have a really short update today. I really just want to recap kind of the latest marketing that we've done and to be quite honest we haven't done a ton of marketing Speaker 2: this year. Speaker 2: Partially because of Omicron Speaker 2: at the beginning of the year, and also just we haven't had a huge amount of news flow. But I like to say that that is starting to change. Speaker 2: We are drilling as of we announced in April, we are drilling in Japan. Speaker 2: And I'm going to give you a little update on how that is going. And then also, Speaker 2: we should be starting up a drill program in Zambia at our Copper Exploration Project Speaker 2: at our Pangani property. So we should start to see increased news flow.
