Lithium Ionic: Sale of Salinas to PLS for US$37.5M, Retains 2% Royalty
Big news out of Lithium Ionic: the Company has agreed to sell its Salinas group of lithium properties in Minas Gerais, Brazil, to PLS for US$37.5 million in cash, while retaining a 2.0% royalty on all future spodumene sales from the properties.
