Anthony Moreau, CEO and Director of American Eagle Gold, also serves as a Director of QC Copper & Gold, Orecap Invest, and Mistango River Resources. Formerly with IAMGOLD, where he held various roles, including in Business Development and Innovation. Anthony is also the leader of the Young Mining Professionals Toronto. He also co-founded the YMP Scholarship Fund, which has raised over $1.25 million since its inception seven years ago. Tony is a Queen’s School of Business graduate and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

John Sclodnick has worked in equity research for over a decade, most recently leading the mining equity research team at Desjardins Capital Markets since 2021. He has covered primarily precious metals companies, with a range of development stages from exploration to large cap producers. Over that time, he has developed strong relationships with institutional investors and mining industry professionals. Mr. Sclodnick holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Dalhousie University, and an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business where he graduated from the Global Mining Management program.

David has over a decade of experience in corporate finance and capital markets with a focus on the natural resource sector. As an executive with the PowerOne Group he has developed a depth of knowledge in representing, advising, and assisting emerging companies in accessing capital, advising on mergers and acquisitions and managing their businesses. David is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has also served in a variety of executive roles and director positions to a wide array of private and public enterprises.

Kit Marrs is the Co-Founder, CEO, and President of Alaska Silver, (formerly Western Alaska Copper & Gold). He has more than 25 years experience in mineral exploration and development, property evaluation, and project financing in Alaska and Mexico. Mr. Marrs has worked for major mining companies and consulting firms including Anaconda Minerals Company (Anaconda), Kennecott/Bear Creek Mining, Watts Griffis & McQuat, and Penoles, SA de CV. In 1981, he was the project geologist for the Illinois Creek/Round Top Project for Anaconda and directed the exploration program. He has extensive experience in financing, permitting, and implementing real estate development projects and joint venture developments with values of $10-30 million USD. His combined experience in both geologic exploration and development in Alaska, and real estate project financing, permitting and development gives Mr. Marrs a unique set of skills to lead this company. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona, and served from 2005-2021 on the Advisory Board for the University of Arizona’s Department of Geosciences.
