Brian Penny
CEO at Wallbridge Mining

Mr. Penny is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning and financial reporting. Formerly, Mr. Penny was the Executive Vice President and CFO of New Gold Inc., a multi-national mining company, from 2009 until 2017; the Vice President of Finance and CFO of Kinross Gold Corporation, one of the world's largest gold producers from 1993 until 2004; the CFO of Western Goldfields Inc. from 2006 to 2009; and the CFO of Silver Bear Resources Plc from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Penny also formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of Equinox Minerals Limited from 2004 to 2011 when it was acquired by Barrick Gold Corporation; Alamos Gold Inc. from 2005 to 2008; and Baffinland Iron Mines Limited from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Penny obtained his Diploma in Business-Accounting and Finance from Cambrian College and is a CPA, CMA.

Jean-Paul Tsotsos
Interim CEO at Chesapeake Gold
Jean-Paul Tsotsos has over 15 years of experience in mining corporate development, strategy, capital markets, project evaluations, and project development. Mr. Tsotsos was previously a member of the Corporate Development team at Hudbay Minerals, where he played an integral role in the development of the Snow Lake base metal to gold transition strategy in Manitoba, the 100% ownership consolidation of Copper World in Arizona, and the acquisition of Mason Resources in Nevada. Before Hudbay, Mr. Tsotsos worked at BMO Capital Markets in the Metals and Mining Equity Research group and held successively higher roles as a Professional Geologist within exploration and consulting. Mr. Tsotsos holds an MBA specializing in Natural Resources, Energy, and Environment from the University of Alberta, a Masters of Science, and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Barry O'Shea
Interim CEO at Highland Copper
Mr. O’Shea has over 20 years of finance experience across diverse industries and countries. Mr. O’Shea was CFO of Fiore Gold Ltd. from May 2018 until its recent acquisition by Calibre Mining Corp. Prior to that, he spent eight years with New Gold Inc., initially as Vice President of Finance where he oversaw financial reporting, financial planning, internal audit, and tax and then as Vice President, Business Development, responsible for corporate development, investor relations, and strategic capital allocation. Mr. O'Shea is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School.
