Jean-Paul Tsotsos has over 15 years of experience in mining corporate development, strategy, capital markets, project evaluations, and project development. Mr. Tsotsos was previously a member of the Corporate Development team at Hudbay Minerals, where he played an integral role in the development of the Snow Lake base metal to gold transition strategy in Manitoba, the 100% ownership consolidation of Copper World in Arizona, and the acquisition of Mason Resources in Nevada. Before Hudbay, Mr. Tsotsos worked at BMO Capital Markets in the Metals and Mining Equity Research group and held successively higher roles as a Professional Geologist within exploration and consulting. Mr. Tsotsos holds an MBA specializing in Natural Resources, Energy, and Environment from the University of Alberta, a Masters of Science, and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Mr. Archer has more than 40 years’ experience in the mining industry, working throughout the Americas. After spending more than 15 years with major mining companies, Mr. Archer held several senior management positions in the junior mining sector and co-founded Great Panther Mining Limited, a mid-tier precious metals producer. He served as President & CEO of Great Panther from 2004-2017 and Director until 2020, and joined Newrange Gold Corp. as a Director in March 2018 followed by his appointment as CEO in January 2019 and President in October 2021. Mr. Archer is a Professional Geologist and holds an Honours BSc from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.

Mr. Sutherland is a mineral exploration geologist, based in Calgary, Canada. With over sixteen years experience exploring for mineral deposits in over twenty countries. Brodie has a focus on economic geology and the development of grass roots mineral exploration projects through to feasibility. Mr. Sutherland holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Geology) from the University of Alberta and has completed a Diploma Certificate in Environmental Management from the University of Calgary. As a founding member of Tocvan Ventures Corp., a company actively exploring in Sonora, Mexico, Mr. Sutherland has played a pivotal role in building a local team of experts to breathe new life into undervalued projects.
