Speaker 1: So to kick things off, David, for those unfamiliar with Whitegold, Can you provide the audience with some background Speaker 1: on the formation and founding of the company Speaker 1: and what drew your involvement Speaker 1: with the company? Speaker 2: For sure, great to be here. Happy to tell the White Gold story. It's a pretty amazing story actually Speaker 2: and quite different from a lot of stories you probably Speaker 2: can hear out there. So White Gold Corp was founded in Speaker 2: 2016. Speaker 2: We are focused in the Yukon's Klondike District. Speaker 2: The Klondike District, for those who may not know, was the epicenter of the major gold rush in that area called the Klondike gold rush around Speaker 2: just around the turn of the century, so about 125 years ago. Speaker 2: From that time Speaker 2: until today, there has been over 20 million ounces of gold that have been discovered Speaker 2: right on surface and have been mined with plaster Speaker 2: techniques going right back 125 years ago with the prospector with the pen up to more modern day Speaker 2: operations like you see today on a few different TV shows. So that's the allure, right? You have this incredibly rich environment. Speaker 2: However, Speaker 2: there has been next to no modern day exploration to find the source of that gold.
