Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us for this virtual meet the portfolio event for EMV CAPITAL. Now for those of us who who know us on the back of investor request, we started this series with investor meet company where we showcase EMV CAPITAL's portfolio, some of the exciting and ambitious companies that we work with as you get to know the EMV CAPITAL family of companies better. And today, I'm really I have the pleasure of introducing and showcasing two of our very important life sciences companies, EMR Bio, working in the antimicrobial space, and ProAxis working in the respiratory clinical support areas. But before I hand over to the leadership of the two companies, a little bit about us. So EMV CAPITAL is, as you know, a a listed venture capital fund. We work with deep companies in the deep tech and life sciences space in The UK and Europe. We've had quite a grow quite a in the last few years starting from 12,000,000 AUM and eight companies in 2020 and reaching £112,000,000 AUM, 70 plus companies at the end of 2025, which is the last publicly released results. The way we go about things is we work with, identify, and closely support high growth companies in The UK and internationally, primarily in The UK.
