Well, welcome to the investor presentation for the annual results EMV CAPITAL for the year ended 12/31/2025. I'm joined today by my colleague, Ed Hooper, executive director and general counsel of EMV CAPITAL PLC, as well as Anesh Patel, who joined us as CFO a few months ago and who will take you through some of the numbers. In terms of the presentation, we'll once we have gone through that, we'll have q and a as usual. So please send your questions, and looking forward to answering those at the end. So in terms of a in terms of a brief background on EMV CAPITAL for those of you who new to our story, we have a vision to be the leading or a leading deep tech and life sciences VC in The UK and Europe. We've grown significantly from roughly 12,000,000 AUM in 2020 to a 100,000,000 plus in AUM in 70 plus companies today. What we do is we basically work with to identify, invest in, and grow high growth companies, primarily in The UK with some international ones. And we are targeting further growth, and reaching a 100,000,000 for us is not a destination. It's a step we are working towards the next milestone of roughly 200,000,000.
