Thank you very much for joining us, and welcome to the presentation for EMV CAPITAL's interim results. I'm Ilyev, the CEO of EMV CAPITAL, and I'm joined here by Ed Hooper, who is executive director and general counsel for EMV CAPITAL. For those of you that haven't haven't seen us before, I'll just go through a quick recap of our investment model, and then I'll get into the results of the business and a deep dive into some of our portfolio companies. So just as a reminder, EMV CAPITAL has at EMV CAPITAL, we have the vision to be a leading venture capital operator in the deep tech and life sciences space. And recently, we had a little anniversary starting with a five. It's been five years since the Net Scientific as the company used to be called acquired EMV CAPITAL in mid two thousand and twenty, which is when the new strategy that we have been pursuing was adopted. We've had quite a growth and quite a journey.
