Just introducing myself again for anybody that, hasn't, you know, been here before. I'm I'm Carl DeMassa. I'm the, the CEO of of DFCH Capital. And Gary Morris, our CFO, will be presenting with me today. Before we we launch into the to the the full year sorry, the half year results, I thought it might be just worth for anybody that needs a reminder of of of what we do and and what we're about just a, you know, couple of minutes overview on the on on on the firm. I mean, we were founded in 2016 as a nonbank lender providing working capital solutions to to dealers and and manufacturers predominantly based in the in in The UK. And we pursued a, you know, banking license, and we're authorized four years ago, actually, into just out of coming out of COVID in September 2020. And we've stayed true to the the principles and the and the and the segments that we were founded to support, I. E, those manufacturers and those and those dealers.
