Brian Bosse
CEO & Director at CUPANI Metals

Mr. Bosse is an investor with three decades of experience in commodities, as well as both private and public equity. Brian has served as a business turnaround specialist for several Canadian investment firms. He spent a decade restructuring equity sales and trading departments, as well as proprietary investment divisions. Brian began his career as a Toronto Stock Exchange floor trader in 1995 following an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University’s School of Business and Economics. He became a CFA charter holder in 2001. From 2012 until 2016 Brian ran the Goodman Bluespring mutual fund. From 2018 until 2024 Mr. Bosse was integral to the very successful restructuring of Zenyatta Ventures into both Zentek Ltd. (Nasdaq: ZTEK) plus Albany Graphite Corporation. He is the largest shareholder of CUPANI Metals Corp.

Mike Muggridge
Geologist at MGM Geological Consulting Inc.
Mike Muggridge is an accomplished geologist with 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Earth Sciences from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Mike specializes in economic geology, geological mapping, geochemical analysis, GIS data compilation and management, project generation, 3D geological modelling software, resource assessment, and technical report-writing.
In addition to 15 years of mineral exploration in Ni-Cu-Co, PGE’s, base metals, iron ore, gold and a variety of critical minerals, Mike has 20 years open-pit mining experience in various technical, operational and management roles. The diversity of these experiences has developed strong skillsets and honed his team-player approach which is so critical to successful exploration.
Since 2017, Mike has been providing geological services to his clients in the mineral exploration industry, as owner/operator of MGM Geological Consulting Inc. Known for his collaborative leadership and passion for environmentally responsible exploration, he enjoys generating viable exploration targets and providing strategic recommendations on projects.

Kim A.A. Hein
Geoscientist / Independent Director at CUPANI
Kim Hein is an internationally recognized consulting geologist with over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining, and geoscience education across Africa and Australia. She holds a PhD in Economic Geology from the University of Tasmania, and a BSc (Hons) from the University of Adelaide, where she received both the Ralph Tate Medal and the Homestake Prize for Economic Geology in 1989.
Kim has held various geology roles with WMC Resources, North Ltd, and Zapopan NL, conducting work across Australia and West Africa. From 2004 to 2018, she served as the Chamber of Mines Chair and Professor of Mining Geology at the University of the Witwatersrand Johannesburg, later becoming Professor Emeritus. She is currently Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Australia and was a former Visiting Scientist at the University of Twente, Netherlands.
As Owner and Director of KAAH Geoservices (Netherlands), she advises on structural geology in gold and base metal systems with clients across Africa. She has been involved in the AMIRA West African Exploration Initiative (WAXI P934) and consulted on the World Bank-funded PADSEM geoscience and minerals development project in Burkina Faso. Kim Hein is a Fellow of the Geological Society of South Africa. She joins CUPANI Metals Corp as an Independent Director, bringing deep technical insight, academic rigor, and a global exploration network.

Siddharth Rajeev
Vice President - Head of Research at Fundamental Research Corp

At Fundamental Research Corp, Sid heads the research department which has covered over 415 small and micro cap companies and over 115 exempt market/private issues from a broad array of industries including Energy, Mining, Real Estate and Technology. He also manages the FRC list of Top Picks, which are the stocks under coverage which he has the highest conviction level about. These picks have historically helped the firm finish strong in various third party analyst performance rankings.
Sid holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from Cochin University of Science & Technology, and an MBA from The University of British Columbia. He is also a CFA Charterholder. Sid is sought by the media for commentary on the valuation of small cap stocks and industries he covers.
He is also co-author of two online courses including the very successful “Evaluation of Junior Mining Companies for Investment Purposes” which has evolved into classroom courses, seminars, and is in demand at investment conferences across North America.
