Bill Love
CEO & Director at New Break Resources

Mr. Love is a geologist who has been involved in mineral exploration in Canada for the last 35+ years. He was part of the discovery team for the world-class Hemlo deposit. Mr. Love was also an institutional equity salesperson in London, England for a Canadian brokerage firm and spent the last 15 years as a venture capitalist and a corporate finance specialist in a variety of resource and technology companies. Mr. Love received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from Lakehead University in 1981 and a Masters of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University in 1984.

Brian Bosse
CEO & Director at CUPANI Metals

Mr. Bosse is an investor with three decades of experience in commodities, as well as both private and public equity. Brian has served as a business turnaround specialist for several Canadian investment firms. He spent a decade restructuring equity sales and trading departments, as well as proprietary investment divisions. Brian began his career as a Toronto Stock Exchange floor trader in 1995 following an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University’s School of Business and Economics. He became a CFA charter holder in 2001. From 2012 until 2016 Brian ran the Goodman Bluespring mutual fund. From 2018 until 2024 Mr. Bosse was integral to the very successful restructuring of Zenyatta Ventures into both Zentek Ltd. (Nasdaq: ZTEK) plus Albany Graphite Corporation. He is the largest shareholder of CUPANI Metals Corp.

Christopher Huggins
CEO & Director at Collective Metals

Christopher Huggins, B.Sc. (Honours Geology), is a mining executive with more than 25 years of experience across mineral exploration, mining technology, and capital equipment. His career began as a regional exploration geologist with Homestake in the Eskay Creek, Snip Mine, Stewart, and Dease Lake camps.
Over the past decade, Mr. Huggins has combined technical and commercial expertise to lead growth across Canada’s mining sector. He has delivered advanced capital equipment and technology solutions for surface and underground operations throughout the Yukon and NWT, managed major National and Global Caterpillar accounts at Finning, and has lead or directed successful explorers in critical minerals, uranium, and battery-metal districts across Canada and the United States. Chris currently serves as CEO of Auric Minerals Corp. and director of several exploration-stage public companies.
