Yeah. Great to see you too. Yep. I'm in Santiago at the moment. Midday, 12PM here. I appreciate you, and I'm sure all the shareholders too for making the time and getting on board. So, look, there's a lot to unpack here. So, really, we got a whole bunch of questions. But, obviously, we have been hoping and working towards the fast track process with the government on the sale application, and we were unsuccessful on that in our initial one. I think we're quite good to to take a step back. And if we could, Ignacio, explain exactly what the requirements were, where we have not been successful on some technicalities, will the process that you're currently looking at to address that? And then most importantly, when I've talking to a number of shareholders is, obviously, there's a a a standard normal process, which we believe will the company would be then get the license through, but, obviously, it's not as quick as what we were hoping to do in terms of moving forward.
