Thank you, Alex, and a warm welcome to all our shareholders who are joining this call to hear about CHAPEL DOWN's interim results for the first half of the financial year 2026. I'm James Pennyfeather, and I'm joined by Lauren Mouton, our CFO, And we're representing the leadership team of the business today and our amazing 87 colleagues to take you through a reminder of our strategic objectives and value creation plan and the progress that we are making against them. Lowen and I are joining you from our offices in London, but the real action is happening in Kent where we are midway through our harvest, which is keeping 20 people busy in our winery and over a 120 in our vineyards. This lovely Indian summer weather is certainly helping with the logistics of the harvest, and we will be providing a full update on the harvest next month.
