[Speaker identities could not be resolved; generic labels used] [00:07] Speaker 1: It's definitely 1 of our favorite locations in the world. [00:11] Speaker 1: Central African Copper Belt produces, [00:14] Speaker 1: it's 1 of the most prolific copper producing areas [00:17] Speaker 1: in the globe. [00:20] Speaker 1: We're really excited to be down here because we have [00:24] Speaker 1: a really terrific property. [00:27] Speaker 1: For those who don't really know the Central African Copper Belt or Zambia in general, [00:32] Speaker 1: a lot of the western side of the belt is covered by what could be fairly significantly deep [00:40] Speaker 1: Kalahari sand cover. [00:42] Speaker 1: It's basically covering all the bedrock geology. [00:46] Speaker 1: If you're [00:47] Speaker 1: walking in, say, [00:50] Speaker 1: the Canadian Shield, you're walking along and you stumble across this crop of gold or copper, [00:56] Speaker 1: boom, you might've found yourself a deposit. [00:59] Speaker 1: That doesn't work in this area of the world because it is just basically covered by this, that sand cover, which can be, well, it could be like inches, but it also could be hundreds of meters deep. So [01:12] Speaker 1: when you're dealing with this sand cover, you don't have those kind of serendipitous [01:17] Speaker 1: or easier low-hanging fruit, I guess, so to speak, where you can just stumble across it. You literally have to drill [01:24] Speaker 1: underneath [01:25] Speaker 1: the Kalahari sand and that's how you really discover these things. And [01:30] Speaker 1: So the Western side of the belt has been relatively underexplored. [01:34] Speaker 1: If you look to the Eastern side of the belt, there are some massive deposits.
