Mr. Iwanaka is a founding member of the BeMetals executive management team. He has over 18 years of investor relations and corporate development experience in the mining industry. Over the course of his career, he has been involved with over 20 mergers, acquisitions and property divestures, and he has played key roles in raising over US$100 million through various equity financings, including one of the first at-the-market (“ATMâ€) financings by a Canadian brokerage firm. Prior to joining BeMetals, Mr. Iwanaka oversaw the marketing programs for a number of mining companies traded in Canada, USA, Germany and the UK.

Today I am in beautiful Speaker 1: Zurich, Switzerland. Speaker 1: Today we're going to be meeting a Speaker 1: number of high net worth individuals Speaker 1: and a couple fund managers. Speaker 1: Beautiful day here today. I'm just by the river. I'll give you a little glimpse into what's around here this morning. Speaker 1: I have a couple hours Speaker 1: before our presentation so I just want to take a quick look around town. Speaker 1: Beautiful Speaker 1: area, famous bear clock. Speaker 1: We are just along the river here. Speaker 1: I was just admiring the river here because Speaker 1: even though it's going right through the city I can see all kinds of, Speaker 1: looks like trout Speaker 1: swimming in the water here. So Speaker 1: Just very clean, orderly Speaker 1: country and city, especially Speaker 1: a lot of people riding bikes. Speaker 1: And Speaker 1: there were a lot of scooters earlier, Speaker 1: but just a high level of, Speaker 1: I would say, income. But not only that, education. Speaker 1: Everybody here seems to speak multiple languages. Speaker 1: There's a lot of electric vehicles, a lot of scooters, a lot of people on bikes, Speaker 1: very healthy fit people in general, Speaker 1: despite some of the Speaker 1: very rich and oily food that we had yesterday.
