It is now my pleasure to turn the conference over to Mark LaBergeta. Please go ahead, sir. Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone. On behalf of American Resources Corp., I'd like to welcome everyone to our third quarter of 2023 conference call and business update. We do always welcome this opportunity to provide an update on our business and discuss our accomplishments we've made over the past several months. and how we are uniquely positioned within the markets that we serve for American carbon, American metals, and re-element technologies. Also on the call today is Mark Jensen, American Resources Chairman and CEO, Kirk Taylor, our Chief Financial Officer, and Tom Salve, our President.
