Thanks, Alicia. And good afternoon, everyone. On behalf of American Resources Corporation, I'd like to welcome everyone to our second quarter of 2024 conference call and business update. We always welcome this opportunity to provide an update on our businesses and discuss our accomplishments we've made over the past several months and how we're uniquely positioned within the markets that we serve, for American Infrastructure, American Metals, and Re-Element Technologies divisions. Also on the call with me today is Mark Jensen, our Chairman and CEO, and Kirk Taylor, our Chief Financial Officer.
