Samantha Mandigora is an alumna from University of Cape Town (UCT Canada) and has a strong professional network within the Canada-Africa Chamber of Business. She feels strongly about the importance of highlighting the skillset and expertise of UCT Canada’s alumnae in Canada and of the need to continue building relationships and networks with individuals and organizations.

Felix Ofulue, Afrika Insights’s CEO, leads a team of researchers and analysts across the Africa’s major capitals, gathering information in its raw form and then refining and delivering it in easy-to-understand formats to clients and readers.

Jerry Asp is one of Western Canada’s most prominent Indigenous leaders. He is committed to enhancing the quality of life for Indigenous peoples through the creation of new business opportunities and development of skills and capacity in communities. In addition to supporting Aboriginal business development, Asp has also applied his leadership skills to serve the public.

Sebastian Spio-Garbrah is Head of the AfCFTA Unit for Free Trade at the Canada-Africa Chamber of Business. He helped establish the Africa risk research practice at Eurasia Group, a leading global political risk consultancy firm.

Alhaji Adedayo Thomas has researched and presented several papers on economic development, conflict, good governance and democracy at national and international conferences. He regularly carries his evangelism of a free society to university students throughout English-speaking Africa via book fairs and seminars.

Fred McMahon is a Fraser Institute Resident Fellow and holder of the Dr. Michael A. Walker Chair in Economic Freedom. He manages the Economic Freedom of the World Project and coordinates the Economic Freedom Network, an international alliance of over 100 think tank partners in about 100 nations and territories.

Matthew D. Mitchell is a Senior Fellow in the Centre for Economic Freedom. He has advised federal, state and local government policymakers in the United States on both fiscal and regulatory policies.
