A Strong Finish to 2021, and Further Growth Forecast for 2022

Mr. Olmsted has been an executive in the gold mining industry for the past 20 years and has been active in the mining industry for over 30 years. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at IAMGOLD Corp. From 2003 to 2014 Paul was responsible for IAMGOLDs acquisition and divestiture program to achieve its strategic growth objectives. He was instrumental in the technical evaluation, financial analysis and structuring for the significant corporate transactions undertaken during his tenure. In 1996, Mr. Olmsted joined Repadre Capital Corp., a royalty resource company, and was responsible for corporate development activities until IAMGOLDs acquisition of the company in 2003. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Olmsted was part of Bank of Nova Scotia’s corporate lending group specializing in mining finance. Mr. Olmsted holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering and an MBA.
