So I got a number of questions that span from kind of your personal experience through to White Gold's projects. So I hope you're ready for a bit of a grilling. That's okay. [00:23] Speaker 1: Go. I have no other way. Perfect. So I know you spent over a decade in corporate finance with, as far as I can see, a good focus on natural resources. I'm curious, what drew you to the mining sector and what lessons have you applied to your leadership at White Gold? [00:38] Speaker 2: It's amazing. In Canada, we have this [00:41] Speaker 2: very [00:43] Speaker 2: sophisticated [00:44] Speaker 2: ecosystem for venture style investing. I think we see a lot of North America, but in Canada, that focus has always had a [00:52] Speaker 2: slant towards natural resources. [00:54] Speaker 2: Toronto, where I'm based, [00:56] Speaker 2: is the natural resource mining capital of the world. So growing up in Toronto [01:01] Speaker 2: in the [01:03] Speaker 2: corporate finance industry here, that's a big part of the industry. [01:08] Speaker 2: We were very fortunate to come onto the scene in the early 2000s. I think that's when venture investing, international resource, especially exploration development type companies [01:17] Speaker 2: really became popular and there was tremendous returns that were made over those years.
