Mr. Espinosa is a mining executive with over 25 years of experience within Canadian capital markets, international business development and commercial banking. He is former Head of Business Development, Global Mining at the TSX and TSXV and former Deputy Trade Commissioner of Mexico, in Toronto. Mr. Espinosa holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico; he is fluent in Spanish.

P. Geo – M.Sc. in Mineral Project Appraisal Imperial College, UK (Integrated with MBA Program) Specialization In Economic Engineering (FDC Brazil). Extensive experience in many jurisdictions through all phases of mineral assets development and operation, asset valuation, due diligence for top tier mining companies and financial institutions. Solid technical experience to evaluate exploration and operational assets with knowledge from exploration stage to resource- reserve estimation, mineral project appraisal, feasibility studies, and mining operations. Senior roles with Echo Bay Mines, Phelps Dodge, and Vale in Latin America. 20+ years of mining and financial industry experience; Former Division Director for Macquarie Bank – Metals and Energy.

Bianca Pisciola is a co-founder and CRO of 6ix, a capital markets technology platform. Through 6ix, she has deployed data-driven investor relations technology for more than 100 public mining companies, including Endeavour Mining and McEwen Mining. Bianca is on the founding team of Save Canadian Mining, an advocacy group dedicated to reinstating the tick test within Canadian capital markets. Other members of the founding team include Eric Sprott, Rob McEwen, Keith Neumeyer, Sean Roosen, and other leaders of the industry. She also sits on the board of One Silver Lining, a Canadian non-profit organization she founded, supporting youth through conferences, benefit concerts, TEDx talks, and scholarships.
