Mr. Skanderbeg was most recently President and CEO of Claude Resources Inc. since November 2014 – which was acquired by Silver Standard Resources Inc. for $337 million. He previously worked for Goldcorp, Inco Ltd. and Helio Resources, holding positions in both exploration and operations. Mr. Skanderbeg is also a director of Wesdome Mines. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of Manitoba and an M.Sc. from Rhodes University, South Africa. He brings extensive experience in the exploration and evaluation of gold systems, operational management, cost and asset optimization and strategic analysis.

Mr. Jason Dankowski is Vice President of Technical Services and Geology for Moneta Gold. Mr. Dankowski is a registered Professional Geologist with an Executive MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from the University of Manitoba, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Geostatistics from the University of Alberta. With more than 15 years of experience at major mining companies, Mr. Dankowski is a leader in the industry, focusing on delivery, integration, optimization, and risk mitigation across the entire exploration and mining value chain. Most recently, with Appian Capital Advisory, a mining-focused private equity firm engaged in equity and credit investments, Mr. Dankowski steered and supported portfolio company management teams in exploration, geology, and mine planning initiatives and led technical and business environment due diligence on potential investment opportunities worldwide. Prior to Appian, Mr. Dankowski was at Nevada Gold Mines, a Barrick and Newmont joint venture, as Mineral Resources Manager at their Phoenix Mine, where he led the team in ore control, geological modelling, resource and reserve estimation, mine-to-mill reconciliation, strategic mine planning, and near-mine exploration. Before this, Mr. Dankowski was Resource Geology and Growth Lead for De Beers, where he managed the exploration program that resulted in the discovery of two new kimberlites and the multi-year growth of the Life-of-Mine at the Gahcho Kue Mine.

With over twelve years of experience in the resource sector, Mr. Colterjohn possesses significant expertise in equity capital markets, mineral exploration, and production geology in Canada and Mexico. Mr. Colterjohn previously worked as a Mining Research Analyst at Cormark Securities, covering junior precious metals exploration and development companies, and as a Mining Equity Sales Specialist at Canaccord Genuity, where he raised over $2 billion for corporate mining clients. Prior to that, he worked as an exploration and production geologist at AuRico Gold and other exploration and development companies. Mr. Colterjohn holds an MBA in Global Mining Management from the Schulich School of Business and a B.Sc. in Geology from Dalhousie University.

Bianca Pisciola is a co-founder and CRO of 6ix, a capital markets technology platform. Through 6ix, she has deployed data-driven investor relations technology for more than 100 public mining companies, including Endeavour Mining and McEwen Mining. Bianca is on the founding team of Save Canadian Mining, an advocacy group dedicated to reinstating the tick test within Canadian capital markets. Other members of the founding team include Eric Sprott, Rob McEwen, Keith Neumeyer, Sean Roosen, and other leaders of the industry. She also sits on the board of One Silver Lining, a Canadian non-profit organization she founded, supporting youth through conferences, benefit concerts, TEDx talks, and scholarships.
